Returns and complaints

The purchase agreement concluded between the consumer and the entrepreneur with consumer rights via the online shop www.osheeshop.de is a distance contract in accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights in Distance Contracts, including the right of withdrawal from the contract, which is described in detail in the shop's General Terms and Conditions .

If the buyer complies with the conditions stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions , they have 14 calendar days from delivery of the order to register a return and submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The consumer or business with consumer rights bears the direct costs of returning the products. The declaration of withdrawal from the purchase contract can be sent by email to the seller's email address : shop@osheeshop.de . The return form can be downloaded here .
