Delivery time and costs

Packages are shipped within Germany via UPS Global or DHL.

In addition to the stated product prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 within Germany for orders under €39.90. For orders between €39.91 and €59.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of €2.99 within Germany. Orders over €59.00 are shipped free of charge within Germany.

The standard delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. During this time, we process your payment, prepare your shipment, and forward it to the courier service. If the status of your shipment has not changed after 4 business days and you have not been contacted by the courier, please inform us. This will allow us to quickly check the location of your shipment and, if necessary, initiate an investigation.
