    • OSHEE DROP IN is suitable for: • Physically active people who need fluids • People who work under difficult conditions (e.g. high temperatures, high fluid loss) • Anyone looking for high-quality hydration • People who love the taste of OSHEE.

    • OSHEE DROP IN beverage syrups are more concentrated products that must be diluted with water before consumption. Dosage can be measured using a spoon or adjusted to taste. Beverage syrups are also more economical as they generate less packaging waste. OSHEE drinks, on the other hand, are ready-to-drink products, making them a convenient solution for anyone who wants to enjoy a drink immediately without having to prepare it first.

    • Our beverage syrups are easy to use. Simply add the recommended amount of syrup (according to the enclosed measuring spoon), dilute it with water, mix well, and enjoy! Detailed instructions can be found on the packaging.

    • Beverage syrups should be stored in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend storing them at room temperature.

    • Yes, OSHEE DROP IN can be used daily.

    • We recommend consuming it within 30 days of opening.

    • Yes, we offer beverage syrups without added sugar. Detailed information about the ingredients can be found on the product label.

    • Yes, our products are made from organic ingredients and the packaging is recyclable (bottle and cap, label must be separated).

    • OSHEE DROP IN is extremely economical – one pack makes up to 10 liters of ready-to-drink beverage. An economical and practical solution that ensures effective hydration in any situation.

    • Preparing your favorite drink is very easy. Simply follow these steps:
      1. Measure the amount of beverage syrup using a measuring cup.
      2. Carbonate the water using the soda maker.
      3. Add the carbonated water to the beverage syrup.

    Delivery and payment

    • Orders can be placed via our website.

    • For orders • For orders under €39.90, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99. • For orders between €39.91 and €59, we charge a flat shipping fee of €2.99. • We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €59. Shipments are sent via UPS Global and DHL courier.

    • The standard delivery time is 2 to 4 working days and includes processing the payment, preparing the package and shipping.

      If the status of your shipment has not changed within 4 working days and you have not been contacted by the courier service, please let us know – we will help you locate your shipment.

    • Payment can be made via PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
      You can also make a traditional bank transfer – the transfer details can be found on the shop's website, under the "Payment" tab, and also below:

    • We cannot process orders after they have been placed, as we work quickly to ship them as soon as possible.

      However, we can try to cancel it if you contact us in time. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it using the standard return procedure.

    • The invoice will be sent to the email address provided during the ordering process within 3 days of your order. If you have not received it by then, please contact us.

    • Yes! You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the delivery to return the entire order or part of it.

      Please note: • The products must be in their original, unopened packaging. • The return shipment must be accompanied by the return form.
