Limitations and alternatives

Despite our efforts to ensure website accessibility, limitations may occur. Below is a description of known limitations and possible solutions. Please contact us if you encounter a problem that is not listed here.

Known limitations of the website

Due to ongoing product improvements and user interface updates, certain elements of the user interface may experience temporary accessibility restrictions for web visitors:

  • Insufficient color contrast in call-to-action elements and text that does not meet the minimum requirement of 4.5:1 (WCAG AA).
  • Some decorative images lack an alt attribute, which poses a barrier for screen readers.
  • Some icons have no text alternative, or the name of the close symbol is not accessible to screen readers.
  • Keyboard navigation may be partially limited, especially with complex modal windows and forms.
  • Embedded third-party widgets (e.g., payment widgets or social media feeds) may temporarily have keyboard limitations.

Due to ongoing product improvements and user interface updates, it cannot be guaranteed that all elements will comply with all accessibility guidelines at any given time. As soon as OSHEE WORLD sp. z o.o. identifies such a deficiency, we will take immediate action to rectify it promptly.
