General terms and conditions for subscription orders in the OSHEE DROP IN online shop

  1. When placing an order in the shop, the customer can choose the subscription order option (hereinafter: " Subscription Orders "). A subscription order consists of placing an order in accordance with the terms and conditions of the OSHEE DROP IN online shop, which renews itself at the frequency chosen by the customer without requiring any further action from the customer. This means that after placing a subscription order, the seller will send the ordered products to the customer at regular intervals, e.g., every week, every two weeks, every three weeks, or every four weeks (at the customer's discretion), without the need to place a new order each time.

  2. The subscription agreement is concluded for an indefinite period (until the customer cancels the subscription order). The seller reserves the right to change the price of the products covered by the subscription order. In this case, the seller will inform the customer of the planned price change, specifying the new price and the option to cancel the subscription order (subject to the rules described in these Terms and Conditions for Subscription Orders). If the customer does not cancel the subscription order, the new price will apply to recurring orders processed by the seller for 30 days after the notification of the new price is sent to the customer.

  3. Subscription orders are only accessible to customers who have an account registered in the shop and express the wish to order selected products on a recurring basis by selecting the "Subscription" purchase option in the shopping cart, along with simultaneously selecting the delivery frequency, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these General Terms and Conditions.

  4. Subscription orders are available for products marked "Subscription" on the product data sheet. Discount codes as per Section 17 of the OSHEE DROP IN online shop's Terms and Conditions cannot be used for subscription orders.

  5. The customer can edit the selected delivery frequency within the subscription order in the shopping cart before submitting it.

  6. The customer can manage their subscription orders in the "My Subscriptions" tab within their account, where they can also view the subscription orders and their parameters.

  7. The customer can cancel the subscription order at any time (via the "Cancel" button, which is displayed under "My Subscriptions" for each subscription order). Cancellation does not affect the fulfillment and payment obligation for the recurring order within the subscription order if it is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled fulfillment date of that recurring order.

  8. For multiple subscription orders, the seller will ship the subscription orders together if all subscription orders were placed using the same payment details (including the same credit card), the same form, and the same delivery details, and the shipping date of these subscription orders falls on the same day.

  9. By placing a subscription order, the customer agrees that the payment service provider may regularly debit the price of the products and their delivery costs from the payment card whose details the customer provided when placing the subscription order, in accordance with the payment service provider's terms and conditions. The price for the products within the subscription order, including delivery costs, will be calculated by the payment service provider 48 hours before the date of fulfillment of the recurring order, according to the delivery frequency selected when placing the subscription order.

  10. The seller makes every effort to ensure the continuous availability of products included in subscription orders. However, should one of the products in the subscription order be unavailable on the shipping date of that order, the order for that product will be canceled, and the amount charged for the subscription order in the relevant billing period will be reduced by the value of the undelivered product.

  11. If products from the subscription order are no longer available and payment for the subscription order has already been made in the relevant billing period, the customer will be refunded the amounts collected for the undelivered products using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.

  12. The first delivery of products as part of the subscription order will take place within the timeframe specified for orders in the terms and conditions of the OSHEE DROP IN online shop . Each subsequent product delivery will be sent according to the frequency chosen by the customer, as soon as the funds for the respective billing period of the subscription order have been credited to the seller's account.

  13. If payment for the next billing period of the subscription order is not successfully collected, the subscription order will be automatically stopped. In this case, the subscription order will not be processed and will be canceled after 10 days.

  14. In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the online shop OSHEE DROP IN and the generally applicable laws shall apply.
